About this table: These melanoma-specific epitopes were extracted from the CAPED database which lists epitopes with the confirmed capacity to induce an immune response. Several are the subject of past or ongoing clinical trials on their therapeutic efficacy against metastatic melanoma. While none of them passed the Curatopes filters, they serve as a valuable point of reference for our results.
